Delivery
We will aim to despatch your order as soon as possible.
We would normally expect your package to be with you within 5-7 working days.
This information is for your guidance only and if your order is very urgent we advise
telephoning to check on stock levels and asking for a Special Delivery service.
Special delivery is a next working day service and attracts a delivery charge of
£6.50 in addition to our standard postage and packing rates.
Please allow extra time during a run up to busy periods such as Christmas holidays.
All shipments are subject to material availability.
The customer will inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and will notify Empirical
Praxis in writing of any shortage or defect within seven days of receipt.
Delivery to all destinations is made using an appropriate carrier and a signature
is sometimes required.
The delivery charges displayed below are for each order.
All post and packing charges now include VAT.
Orders over £100 FREE (UK Only).
Orders up to the value of £100 - flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 (UK).
There is no upper limit on order value (UK).
For overseas orders of a value over £150, please contact us (this includes all overseas
wholesale orders).

Payment
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard,
and Switch. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure.
All payments by credit/debit card are performed using a secure server.
Payment by Cheque
Please send a cheque for the cost of the product(s), including the correct delivery
charge to Empirical Praxis Ltd, 27 Abbeyhill, Ashgate, Chesterfield, S42 7JL. United
Kingdom. Please include the following information: the name and code of the item
you are ordering, your email address, telephone number and delivery address.
Prices
All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted.
VAT (tax) is included on all prices, at a rate of 17.5%.
Tax
Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties and taxes and
any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Data protection
We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales
service but we will not sell or rent your name and address to any third parties.
As customers are our most valuable asset we strive to protect their details and
as required by the UK Data Protection Act. We follow strict security procedures
in storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised
access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity
before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Web site descriptions
Care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and
prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own
monitor and we endeavour to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate.
All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Interpretation
These Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Empirical
Praxis and the Customer agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England.

We endeavour to respond
to all complaints within five working days. You can also telephone customer services

are dependent on the originating contract or country).
How to return goods
Please print off a copy of your order and keep it safe as a copy of these terms
and conditions and your order may not be kept by us and we advise you to print a
copy of them for your information in the future.
If you are not totally
satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 60 days
of receipt. This must be sent to us in writing, either by post or email.
You must return the
goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please ensure you
obtain proof of postage, as Empirical Praxis Ltd cannot be held responsible for
the non-receipt of returns.
We will refund the
total amount of money paid by you for the
goods within 60 days starting with the day on which we receive a
notice of cancellation in writing or by email from you. Goods must be returned to
us in the condition supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We feel at Empirical Praxis that security while shopping on the Internet is of the
